Jordan Davis | Managing Partner

Career Background: Jordan Davis is a founder and Managing Partner of Silvercliff Partners. Prior to founding Silvercliff, Jordan served as a Director of Investment Banking at Height Capital Markets. He brings more than a decade of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. Prior industry roles include Legal Counsel for North American New Ventures at Schlumberger, Business Development Negotiator at Hess Corporation and Land Negotiator at ExxonMobil Corporation.

Will Harrison | Managing Partner

Career Background: Will Harrison is a founder and Managing Partner of Silvercliff Partners. Prior to founding Silvercliff, Will served as an Executive Director of Investment Banking at Moelis & Company. Prior to Moelis, Will served as an Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. He brings more than 15 years of experience advising clients across the energy sector in M&A, capital markets, and restructuring.

Michael Grabenstein | Managing Partner

Career Background: Mike Grabenstein is a founder and Managing Partner of Silvercliff Partners. Prior to Silvercliff, Mike served as a Director of Investment Banking at Height Capital Markets. Mike brings more than a decade of capital markets and advisory experience and has managed a variety of transactions within the energy sectors. Prior to Height, Mike worked for Wunderlich Securities, Signal Hill Capital, and FBR in Institutional Equity Sales. Mike Served four years as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps.

David Bradshaw | Senior Partner

Career Background: Dave Bradshaw is a Senior Partner at Silvercliff Partners. He has over 30 of experience covering the energy space as an equity research analyst and as an investment banker. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Dave was top-ranked by Institutional Investor covering exploration and production companies for PaineWebber, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Deutsche Bank. He also held senior investment banking roles advising domestic and international companies across all energy verticals at Deutsche Bank, UBS, Tudor Pickering Holt, and most recently was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Moelis & Company.

Max Waller | Analyst

Career Background: Max Waller is an Investment Banking Analyst at Silvercliff Partners.

Jim Halgas | Senior Technical Advisor

Career Background: Jim Halgas is a Senior Technical Advisor at Silvercliff Partners. As an experienced geologist, Jim brings over 35 years of domestic and international prospect generation, conventional and unconventional field development, reserves and resource estimation, project coordination, team leadership and business development experience. Jim served in multiple leadership and technical roles at Hess Corporation, British Gas, Coho Resources and Occidental Petroleum.
